| Mine broke, so if you see me on I won't be accepting any invites since I don't have a headset otherwise. I am stopping by the local Game Stop tonight on my way to work to get a new headset. That is unless I'm running late. | |

| Alright man! Get the x-31 at least man. If you have money to burn I would go with the x-41s. I love them | |

| ok, i still have questions on these headsets...Im looking at the X41. My xbox is plugged into my TV using ONE HDMI cable. How would the setup work for me? The base plugs into the xbox USB port..I understand that part. Then the video on the turtle beach site shows you plug in a fiberoptic cord from the base to the back of the Xbox? Is that it? Is that fiberoptic cord included? Also, do you have to plug in the headset into the controller for it to work?

| I still need the adapter. I have no way of hooking component cables to my Xbox right now...the adapter has a spot for Red, White and optical. | |

| Yes you will need the adapter. It comes with every xbox. Check your box in which the xbox came in. | |

| So I found my HD/TV cable with the triangular shaped end. It had 6 components on the other end of it. Red/while/yellow and a Red/Blue/Green (HD). I plugged that in and was hoping to use just the one end that had the optical slot in it and not hook up the video cables but ALAS..lol. It doesnt fit in the back of the Xbox along with the HDMI cable that goes beneath it. This forced me to remove the HDMI cable and hook up the video with the components. NOW I HAVE GREAT SOUND AND SHIT VIDEO.lol. My one question before I buy the optical adapter is did they make it so it will fit in the back along with an HDMI cable? Or is it going to fit just the same thus making it pointless. | |

| Ok...got it working using that cable. The housing was too fat on it for it to go in along with the HDMI cable...so I took it off. Working fine now! | |

| One question for the headset do you plug it into a headphone jac? If so you can get away with plugging it into your headphone jac on your tv. | |

| The headset itself plugs into the controller. The base is plugged into the USB in the Xbox and an optic cable goes from the xbox to the base also...thats it. | |
